Corretores de Seguros, S.A., hereinafter Corbroker, in its relationship with Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The principles contained in these Regulations reflect Corbroker's vision, mission and values, and reflect the behaviour expected of all its employees, including its sub-agents, as well as that of all those who, on behalf of Corbroker, provide services to Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1c31b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a1c31b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 2 - Fairness, diligence and transparency\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3697b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d3697b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Employees must contribute to ensuring that all Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties are treated fairly, diligently and transparently, with respect for their rights.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05229a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"05229a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 3 - Information and clarification\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a040d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a040d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In carrying out their duties, employees must ensure that Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties, taking into account their profile and the nature and complexity of the situation, are provided with the legally stipulated information and adequate clarification to make an informed decision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad63113 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ad63113\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 4 - Personal data\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2c7b7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c2c7b7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The processing carried out, with or without automated means, of the personal data of Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties must be done in strict compliance with the applicable legal rules and the technical and organisational security rules appropriate to the risk presented by the processing of the data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68b31f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"68b31f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 5 - Prevention and management of conflicts of interest\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e6e43f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e6e43f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Employees must disclose to Corbroker any situations that may give rise to conflicts of interest and refrain from intervening in such situations;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conflicts of interest are considered to exist whenever employees are directly or indirectly interested in the situation or process in progress, or their spouses, relatives or first-degree relatives, or companies or other collective entities in which they directly or indirectly participate.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69ff637 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"69ff637\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 6 - Speed and efficiency\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43fa883 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43fa883\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Employees must carry out the duties or tasks assigned to them with rigour and quality, with a view to the swift and efficient management of processes relating to Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties, specifically with regard to claims and complaints.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be1a5d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"be1a5d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 7 - Appropriate qualification\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97b493f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97b493f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Corbroker ensures that its employees are suitably qualified, particularly those who deal directly with Policyholders, Insured Persons, Beneficiaries or Injured Third Parties, in order to guarantee the quality of both face-to-face and non-face-to-face service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4251277 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4251277\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Article 8 -
