The transaction strengthens the REGO Group's position in the market and brings the joint structure closer to the top 5 national insurance brokers, with around 150 employees and a combined turnover of over 21 million euros in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\"<strong><em>At a time when the insurance sector is characterised by a process of accelerated consolidation, driven by the need for scale, efficiency gains and investment in technology, the REGO Group has been developing a growth strategy based on strategic acquisitions, favouring companies with management teams aligned with its philosophy and culture.<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, explains Pedro Rego, director of the REGO Group and CEO of F. REGO. \u201c<strong><em>The integration of Corbroker fits in perfectly with this approach, which explains the symbiosis we felt throughout the negotiation period.\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>complete.<\/p>\n<p>The operation significantly strengthens our national coverage, bringing us even closer to our clients. F. REGO is present in Porto, Coimbra, Oliveira de Azem\u00e9is, Leiria and Lisbon, while Corbroker adds offices in the capital, but also in Oeiras, F\u00e1tima, the Algarve and the Azores, extending the network and regional complementarity.<\/p>\n<p>\"<strong><em>This operation reinforces our transversality in the business sector, allowing us to combine the qualifications and decades of sector experience of the talents of both companies, fostering specialised support that translates into fundamental added value for the clients of Corbroker and F. REGO.\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>appointed Fernando Belchior, Ant\u00f3nio Raposo Magalh\u00e3es and Miguel Vilarinho, directors of Corbroker, who will remain in office.<\/p>\n<p>\"<strong><em>We will continue to distinguish ourselves by this humanistic character and personalised support, which we harmoniously reconcile with digitalisation and our commitment to artificial intelligence for optimised and simplified process management.\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>adds Pedro Rego.<\/p>\n<p>Corbroker will maintain its activity as an independent operator within the REGO Group, benefiting from the synergies with F. REGO, but also with the other companies in the group, which include SEMPER, a subscription agency and specialised insurance broker, and PeopleInBest, which specialises in the management of flexible benefits.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement provides for the continuity of current shareholders Ant\u00f3nio Raposo Magalh\u00e3es and Miguel Vilarinho in the structure, ensuring a phased transition until the total acquisition of capital in 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Corbroker Norte, a 50% subsidiary of Corbroker and Raquel Silva, will maintain its corporate structure, as well as its autonomy and operations from Porto and Viseu and will also benefit from the synergies to be achieved by integrating into the Rego Group.<\/p>\n<p>This operation reinforces the positioning of a Portuguese 100% group in a market increasingly dominated by international operators and financial structures from outside the sector.
