History

Corbroker S.A.

1998

Foundation

Corbroker - Mediadores Associados de Seguros, Lda was founded in Lisbon on 12 November as insurance intermediaries, consultants and risk managers.

2000

International network

Integration into UNIBA Partners, an international network of independent brokers with offices around the world.

2002

Company name

Obtained authorisation from the Portuguese Insurance Institute to operate as an insurance broker. Change of name to Corbroker - Corretores de Seguros, Lda.

2004

Corbroker North

Corbroker joins the share capital of a new company called Corbroker Norte - Mediadores de Seguros, Lda with headquarters in Vila Nova de Gaia.

2008

Corbroker S.A.

Corbroker becomes a public limited company and changes its name to Corbroker - Corretores de Seguros, S.A.

2016

New offices

Corbroker has extended its network of offices to include Fátima and Oeiras.

2022

New offices

The Algarve will now have a Corbroker presence, represented by AJG Seguros. Later this year, Corbroker will start operating in the Azores.
