History

Corbroker S.A.

1998

Establishment

Corbroker – Mediadores Associados de Seguros, Lda was established in Lisbon on 12 November to perform the role of insurance intermediary, consultant and risk manager.

2000

International network

The company joined UNIBA Partners, an international network of independent brokers with offices located worldwide.

2002

Company name

The company obtained permission from the Insurance Institute of Portugal to operate as an insurance broker, and changed its name to Corbroker – Corretores de Seguros, Lda.

2004

Corbroker Norte

Corbroker entered the share capital of a new company, Corbroker Norte – Mediadores de Seguros, Lda, based in Vila Nova de Gaia.

2008

Corbroker S.A.

Corbroker became a public limited company and changed its name to Corbroker – Corretores de Seguros, S.A..

2016

New offices

Corbroker expanded its network of offices to include Fátima and Oeiras.

2022

New offices

The Algarve will now count on the presence of Corbroker, represented by AJG Seguros. Also this year, Corbroker will start its operation in the Azores.
